Connect your Discord server to track engagement
Discord connects the moment you create your community: pick your server during setup and the bot handles the rest. To reconnect a different server later:
Set up quests to reward members for their Discord activity:
Reward members for sending messages in your server
Award points for adding reactions to messages
Track time spent in voice channels
Require specific Discord roles for quests

Check it shows online in your server's member list, and that it can see the channels you want tracked, permissions are set per channel too. If that doesn't fix it, remove the bot and re-add it with the button above.
Confirm the quest is active on your community's Quests page and check its parameters, a message-count quest needs enough messages in a tracked channel. Free communities are capped on active quests and frequencies, upgrading removes those caps.
Sync happens automatically as members are active in your server. Trigger it manually from your community settings if someone's still missing.
