One subscription on your account, boosts you hand out to any community. Here's exactly how it works.
Free, Premium, and Max are account plans. You subscribe once, on your own account, not per community. What you get in return: personal perks on your profile, and boosts you can point at any community, including ones you don't own.
| Free | Premium | Max | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | €0 | €9.99/mo or €49.99/yr | €19.99/mo or €99.99/yr |
| Free trial | Not needed | 7 days | 7 days |
| Boosts included | 0 | 1 | 3 |
| Personal perks | App access, no extras | Profile themes, premium badge, 2 streak freezes a month, bonus raffle entries, priority support | Everything Premium, plus animated flair, 5 streak freezes a month, a bigger raffle bonus |
| Cancel | Nothing to cancel | Any time, keeps access until the period ends | Any time, keeps access until the period ends |
Paying yearly instead of monthly saves 58% on both plans.
Your card isn't charged when you subscribe, only once the 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then from Account > Subscription and you won't be charged at all. Cancel after that and you keep the plan, and your boosts, until the current billing period ends. After that you drop to Free and any boosts you had deactivate.
Think of a boost as a token, like a Discord server boost. Premium gives you 1, Max gives you 3. Each token is yours to spend on any community, yours or someone else's, for as long as you keep it there.

Maxed out. Thanks to everyone boosting.
Give a boost to a community from Account > Subscription > Boosts, search for any public community or pick one of your own. Move it to a different community whenever you want, or withdraw it back to your inventory. Each token has its own 24-hour cooldown from the moment it's allocated or moved, so it can't hop between communities every few minutes.
If your boost quota drops, whether you cancel, switch from Max to Premium, or a payment fails, we deactivate the newest boosts first (unallocated ones go before allocated ones) until you're back at your new quota. A deactivated boost isn't deleted, it just stops counting, and the affected community's owner gets notified.
Losing a boost never deletes anything. A community that drops a level keeps all its data, quests and rewards over the new limit just go read-only until it's boosted back up.
A community's level comes from how many active boosts it has right now, not from who owns it or which plan the owner is on.

This is the same boost bar shown on every community's overview and settings page.
Boosting someone else's community costs nothing extra, your boost is already included in what you pay for Premium or Max. It's a way to publicly back a community and get recognized for it.

Enterprise is different from Premium and Max: it's sold per community, not per account, and it isn't boost-based. An Enterprise community sits at Ultra level automatically, regardless of how many boosts it actually has.
€99/month per community
How to get it Start checkout directly from that community's Settings > Billing, or email us and we'll set up an invoice.
enterprise@guildmetric.comBefore boosts existed, communities subscribed individually to a per-community Pro (or Enterprise) plan. If yours still is, nothing about this changed for you.
Same price, same features, same billing. Nobody is forced onto the boost model. Community Settings > Billing labels it a Legacy plan and links back here.
If you'd rather use boosts, cancel the legacy subscription from its "Manage billing" button whenever you're ready, then boost the community from your own Premium or Max plan, or ask a member to boost it for you. You can also stay on the legacy plan indefinitely, there's no deadline.
Switching never loses data. As long as the community stays at or above its current level, whether from the legacy plan or from boosts, nothing changes for its members.
