The problem

Why communities go quiet

Three patterns kill momentum in growing communities. Each one below has a direct fix.

Silent members

Most members join, look around, and never post again. You can't tell who's still paying attention.

Fixed by

Quests give people a reason to act

Publish quests for messages, voice time, and reactions. Members earn points for showing up, so lurking turns into activity you can see.

Mod burnout

Checking who did what by hand doesn't scale. Verifying invites and reactions manually eats hours every week.

Fixed by

Bots verify everything automatically

Discord and Telegram bots track completions in real time. No manual checks, no spreadsheets.

No data

Your server feels quieter this month, but you can't say why or prove it to anyone.

Fixed by

Analytics you can act on

See completions, active members, and streaks over time, so you know what's working before you change anything.

Multi-platform

One dashboard, three platforms

Track and reward engagement across Discord, Telegram, and X from a single place.

Why GuildMetric

How GuildMetric is different

Generic level bots track one server and stop there. GuildMetric covers more ground.

Compliance by design

We reward participation, never platform actions

Some engagement tools sell points or payouts for individual likes, retweets, and follows. That's platform manipulation, and it puts the accounts doing it at risk of suspension. GuildMetric doesn't build that marketplace.

Earns points
  • Posting, showing up, and staying active inside your community
  • Completing onboarding steps and community quests
  • Verifying your account once, not per action
Never earns points
  • Liking, retweeting, or following a specific post for pay
  • Buying followers, views, or engagement from bots
  • Anything performed on a platform outside your community

Tweet tracking and quest templates are fine. Paying per platform action is the line we don't cross.

Reward your active people, in public

Publish a campaign on the public hub and anyone browsing can join with one click. They become a real member of your community and earn your points for the same quests everyone else does, not for a boost or a one-off action.

01

Publish a campaign

Pick the quests, set a points budget, and mark it public.

02

People discover it

The public hub lists your campaign next to others looking for active communities to join.

03

They join with one click

Joining adds them as a real member, through the same sign-in flow as everyone else.

04

They earn your points

Completing quests earns your community's points. Never cash, never a payment for a single post.

It's an acquisition channel, not a visibility service. New members show up because your quests are worth doing.

One subscription

One subscription, boost any community

Premium and Max don't just add perks to your own profile. They also hand you boost tokens you can assign to any community, your own or someone else's.

01

Subscribe once

Pick Premium for 1 boost token or Max for 3.

02

Boosts land in your inventory

They aren't tied to a community until you assign one.

03

Point one at any community

Your own community, or a friend's. A boost is something you can give away.

04

Move it whenever you want

Reassign a boost once every 24 hours, so it's never stuck somewhere.

Worth knowing

Your members can boost you too

Anyone with their own Premium or Max subscription can point a boost at your community instead of their own. The more of your members subscribe, the more boosts your community can pick up, at no extra cost to you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about GuildMetric.

What is GuildMetric?

GuildMetric is a community engagement platform. Publish quests, reward participation with points, and build leaderboards for your Discord, Telegram, and X communities.

How does the points system work?

You create quests with point rewards. When members complete them, like sending messages, joining voice channels, or verifying a social account, they earn points automatically. Points show up on your leaderboard.

Which platforms does GuildMetric support?

Discord, Telegram, and X. Our bots track and verify quest completions on Discord and Telegram in real time. X support currently covers automatic bio and name verification, with more templates available for other actions.

Is paying for engagement allowed?

We reward participation, not platform actions. Quests pay points for things members do inside your community, like posting, showing up, or completing onboarding. We don't pay points for liking, retweeting, or following a specific post. That keeps your community and your members' accounts safe.

What is a boost?

A boost is a token your Premium or Max subscription grants: 1 with Premium, 3 with Max. Assign a boost to any community, yours or someone else's, and it lifts that community a tier for as long as it stays boosted. 1 to 2 boosts make a community Premium, 3 or more make it Ultra. You can move a boost to a different community once every 24 hours.

Can members boost my community?

Yes. Anyone with their own Premium or Max subscription can point a boost at your community instead of their own. It costs them nothing extra since the boost is already included in what they pay, and your community keeps the tier bump as long as it stays boosted.

What is the Battle Pass?

A season-long track of tiers members climb by earning XP. The free track is open to everyone. The premium track unlocks with a personal Premium or Max plan, so members get their own reason to subscribe while your community stays active daily.

Can I run events?

Yes. Create an event with a date, collect RSVPs, and reward attendance with points or a badge. Check-in can be manual or tied to a Discord scheduled event, so the reward goes to people who actually showed up.

What are Guild Wars?

You split a season into teams. Members pick a side, their activity counts toward the team score, and the winning team gets rewarded at the end. It turns a normal season into a team race.

Can members gift points or boosts?

Members can gift some of their own points to each other, with daily caps and a small fee so it cannot be farmed. You can also buy a boost or a month of Premium as a gift for another person or straight to a community.

Is there a referral reward?

Yes. Refer a friend who subscribes and you earn credit toward your own plan. It is one reward per new subscriber, tracked automatically.

Do you support token gating?

Yes, read-only. A member proves they hold a wallet by signing a message, never a transaction, and you can gate a role or a level by what they hold. GuildMetric never asks for a transaction or moves any funds.

What happens to my current community plan?

Nothing changes. Communities on the old per-community Pro plan keep it and keep paying the same way. Billing settings label it a legacy plan, with an explainer for switching to boosts whenever you're ready. Nobody is forced to move.

Is GuildMetric free to use?

Yes. The whole app is free to use, on the free community limits: 500 members and 5 active quests. Premium starts at €9.99/month (or €49.99/year) for personal perks and 1 boost. Max is €19.99/month (or €99.99/year) for top perks and 3 boosts.

How do I add GuildMetric to my Discord server?

Sign in with Discord, create a community, and follow the setup wizard. You authorize the bot and pick which server to connect. It takes a few minutes.

Can I customize the quests for my community?

Yes. Pick from the quest templates or build your own. Set point values and frequency, one-time on the free plan, or daily, weekly, and monthly once the community is boosted to Premium level.

Is my community's data private?

Members only see what's visible inside their own community: usernames, points, and activity. Community owners can see member activity within their own community. We don't sell your data. Read the privacy policy for the full details.

What happens after the free trial?

Your card is charged for the plan you picked, Premium or Max, monthly or yearly, once the 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before that and you won't be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription from your account settings whenever you want. Your boosts deactivate at the end of the current billing period, which drops any community you boosted back to its normal tier. Nothing gets deleted: quests and rewards over the free limit just go read-only until the community is boosted again.

Publish your first quests today.

Connect your community, publish 3 to 5 quests, and you'll know within days what actually drives participation.
